On-the-Job Training and Coaching Programs

1) Coach@Work – 90 Day Program
Four half-day Coaching Clinic workshops that enable managers and employees to create a culture of coaching  in their business or organization. Works equally well in private, public or non-profit environments. Participants learn a 5-step coaching model and begin using it immediately. Practice coaching sessions focus on real company issues and challenges. Role plays are REAL plays.  Coaches-in- training develop their skills and competencies while giving and getting on the job coaching.

2) EQ@Work – 90 Day Program
This Emotional Intelligence program begins with a half-day overview of emotional intelligence and why it’s the hottest skill to develop at work. Participants then have an opportunity to self-appraise or do a complete 360 degree appraisal with ratings from colleagues, boss(es), direct reports and customers. The third component is follow-up coaching around the participant’s EQ goal.

3) CREATE! – 90 Day Program
Creativity training for managers and employees is the first step in developing an inventive, responsive and flexible organization.  Anyone can learn to be creative in this highly interactive 12 hour process.  Teaching people how to engage all four brain wave patterns — the whole brain — in approaching their work is fast and easy.  Using simple writing and art practices, managers and employees can engage in an intentional process that activates each brain wave pattern—beta, alpha, theta and delta—and allows them access to their full creativity and potential.  In addition, they can learn how to apply these rich resources directly to their work. Included in the training is the use of a Mind Mirror – a bilateral EEG which measures brain wave activity.

4) Sustainability@Work – 180 Day Program
Using The Natural Step principles developed by scientists working in collaboration around the world, you will have the opportunity to assess your business’ sustainability, design a plan that is built on those sound scientific principles and begin the implementation of that plan. All sustainability plans keep an eye on a triple bottom line – people, the planet and profits.

5) 21stCenturyManagement@Work
Forget everything they taught you in business school – or if you didn’t go, quit beating yourself up. If you are like most managers, you got promoted into a management position with little or no management training. Within 12 weeks you will learn the basic 21st century management systems that you need to stand out as a manager and to have direct reports who rave about working for you. You’ll learn what works and what doesn’t work in your company, as well as honing the strengths that will enable you to succeed anywhere.
