Three meetings per month by phone (or in person) of 50 minutes each. Unlimited short in-between session phone calls and emails. One assessment of the client’s choosing (see assessments listed under Acceleration program).

Recommended when you are ready to turn your dreams into reality, when you are ready to get your life and/or business into cruise mode. This is the place where most clients new to coaching begin their journey.

Acceleration                                                                                                           $500/month
Four meetings per month by phone (or in person) of 50 minutes each. Unlimited short in between session phone calls and emails. Three assessments (one per quarter) with debrief and integration into coaching. Available assessments include:

            • DISC – a work behavior assessment (your style at work)
            • PIAV – Personal Interest and Values (your key motivators)
            • EQ – Emotional Intelligence (your strongest indicator of success)

Recommended for dramatic acceleration of progress in creating your ideal life and work. This program’s success results from the dual focus of accomplishing external goals while concurrently developing internal excellence through strengthening self-management and relationship management skills – the keys to long term happiness and career fulfillment.

Maintenance                                                                                                          $250/month      
Two meetings per month by phone (or in person) of 50 minutes each. Unlimited short in-between session phone calls and emails.

Recommended for established clients wanting to insure continued success after working either the Cruise or Acceleration programs. Can also be a starting point for you as you lay a strong foundation in preparation for the Cruise or Acceleration programs.
